To promote the sustained and steady development of elderly care services from scratch, from existing services to rapid development, and from rapid development to excellence, Liuba Town has established a comprehensive, multi-tiered, and multi-dimensional elderly care service system based on home-based care, supported by mutual aid elderly welfare homes, and organically integrated with third-party services. This system allows seniors to see visible changes, feel warmth, and experience tangible happiness while enjoying these services.

First, we are diligently carrying out care initiatives for the extremely poor elderly. We actively enlist the services of third-party providers to provide cleaning, haircuts, and cooking services for left-behind and extremely poor elderly, providing them with care in terms of clothing, food, housing, transportation, and spiritual and cultural well-being. When they need a haircut, they simply call, and a caring barber will come to their door. This "Internet + Service" model, which allows them to enjoy services without leaving their homes, is increasingly popular among homebound elderly, allowing them to fully enjoy the Party's warmth.

Second, we are deeply implementing elderly-friendly renovations. For elderly people with limited mobility, anti-slip ramps have been laid at their doorsteps, and handrails have been installed on walls and in toilets. Since the beginning of this year, nine elderly people have undergone home renovations and received nine sets of assistive devices, significantly improving the safety and convenience of their home-based care.

Third, we are continuously exploring models of respectful care for the elderly. To effectively improve the living conditions of elderly people living alone, create a healthy and harmonious living environment for them, and effectively address the food, housing, entertainment, and recreational needs of left-behind elderly people, Liuba Town has prioritized the construction of mutual aid homes for the elderly. To date, five new mutual aid homes have been completed in Qiba, Xinghai, Jiuba, Tuanzhuang, and Xiapai villages. Construction of the Yubao Village mutual aid home is also underway and is expected to be operational in mid-July. The completion and operation of these homes will not only provide convenient daily services for left-behind elderly people, but also further satisfy their needs for emotional connection, cultural and sports entertainment, and spiritual comfort.
